The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to come to our free introductory class. Each class includes a warm-up, detailed explanation of various movements, and a partner workout. Coming into a new gym can be intimidating, but with our free introductory class being catered to beginners you will leave here feeling accomplished with a whole new outlook on fitness.
People with no CrossFit experience can come to our free class every Saturday 830 & 930AM. They are suitable for all fitness levels so come on by and find out what this whole CrossFit thing is all about. After our Saturday classes you will have an understanding for our standard CrossFit classes and leave with at least one new friend.
