If you are unsure about trying CrossFit, consider dropping into one of our free intro classes. This is not required to join the gym.
The next step is our Elements program. During Elements, you will be taught how to safely and efficiently perform all of the movements you will see programmed in our workout of the day (WOD). The Elements Program is four sessions done throughout the week with one of our coaches in which you will learn the basic movements and then perform a benchmark CrossFit workout using these new skills. The Elements program is included in whatever membership package you decide on. If you have a busy schedule that doesn’t fit with our schedule we offer private elements classes for $225.
We require all members to complete the Elements program unless they have been a member at another CrossFit affiliate. If you have been a member of a CrossFit gym before, feel free set up a time to drop in for a free class so we can evaluate your knowledge of CrossFit movements before signing up for a membership.
